We are still very enthusiastic and grateful that we were able to exhibit at the "Tube" trade fair from 15 April to 19 April. In the midst of renowned companies from the tube industry, we were able to welcome numerous international companies as well as new contacts to our stand.

Focus on inoovative measurement technology

Our innovative, AI-supported measuring technology for tube drawing was in the spotlight this time, and we were able to show how it not only prevents chatter marks, but also significantly increases the efficiency of the drawing process. We were particularly pleased that we were also able to attract a number of visitors to "Wire" to show them our latest solution for detecting cracks when coiling springs. This special feature has already been recognised in the report of the Association of the German Spring Industry in cooperation with the University of Wismar.

This marks a significant advance for the spring industry and can help to significantly improve safety-relevant components in the automotive sector.

Non-contact hardness measurement: The µMag station

A particular highlight was our µMag station, where amazed visitors were able to see how we can measure the hardness of metals without contact.

Overall, the trade fair was a complete success for QASS. We are already looking forward to "Tube & Wire" in 2026, where we will certainly be represented again with innovative new products.
