The Control in Stuttgart is now behind us and we would like to take this opportunity to take a brief look back at this trade fair, where we exhibited from 23rd - 26th June. Our boxes are already safely stowed away in our warehouse, but the memories of the trade fair and the encounters with all the interested visitors still linger in our minds.

The Control has been recognised as the leading international trade fair for quality assurance for many years, and we were delighted with the enormous interest that our booth attracted in Stuttgart. Our measuring systems for crack detection and non-contact hardness measurement were very well received by the visitors. It was really great to see how many people were interested in our innovative measurement technology and we are grateful for the many interesting conversations we were able to have.

We were particularly pleased to welcome numerous students from technical universities and their professors. Engaging in constructive and professional dialogue with this next generation of engineers and technicians is always inspiring and important for us. But the discussions with industrial customers were also extremely informative. It was impressive to learn how our measurement technology can help them to improve the quality of their products and potentially increase the efficiency of their production.

One particular QASS highlight was a discussion on crack detection using structure-borne sound when coiling springs. The international customer was very enthusiastic and let us know that he needed to discuss this with the company management immediately. We were very pleased about this and were even more pleased when we received the first order just a few days after the trade fair. Proof of the effectiveness and relevance of our innovative solutions.

But why is this order so special for us now?

Quite simply, up to now we have not been able to inspire customers for our system in this country, neither in bending straightening nor in tube drawing. But with our latest project, crack detection in spring coiling, we have now gained access to this market. For us, this is a reason to celebrate and at the same time a motivation to continue developing innovative solutions and offering our customers the very best

We at QASS are already looking forward to the next Control. Stuttgart has proven to be an ideal venue for us and we are already looking forward to meeting all the innovative minds and having exciting discussions again.

Many thanks to everyone who visited us at Control and a BIG THANK YOU to our excellent team who made this event a complete success. See you next time at Control!
