Learn More About our Latest Measuring Techniques in the Field of Hardness Testing

QASS presented itself at the Hanover Fair from April 1st to April 5th. This year we especially focussed on the technology of hardness determination and its applicability. Process optimization, quality monitoring and tool monitoring – in this area QASS develops cognitive and intelligent measuring systems for the industry. The company from Wetter (Ruhr) is the world market leader in crack detection for straightening gear shafts. QASS measuring systems detect anomalies in production and advanced big data algorithms analyze patterns where previous measuring instruments only detect noise.

The latest micromagnetic sensors developed by QASS, combined with high-frequency spectral analysis and pattern recognition, enable a 100 % non-contact hardness determination in manufacturing processes. The system can be expanded with our QOBOT, which is a handling system consisting of our µmagnetic sensors and collaborative robots – a system solution that can be flexibly integrated into any process environment, individually. QASS technology is used worldwide in various industrial processes, including bending, wire drawing, joining, welding, machining and others. Talk to us at the trade fair – together with you we will develop a solution that meets your ideas and the requirements of your process. Put your trust in our many years of experience and our inventive talent.
