QASS’s solutions for quality assurance in the manufacturing industry have been successful in many parts of the world. Now, the world of QASS has grown a bit: Three employees of South Korean multinational Samsung have visited QASS, in Wetter (Ruhr), on Friday, the 19th of June, 2015. The main topic of the visit was giving information about the flag ship of QASS, the Optimizer4D measuring system, which can be used to optimize and monitor production processes. In the future, QASS will help to assure the quality of Samsung’s production processes.
The Samsung employees Cheawan Son, Sangyun Oh and Sungjin Han came to Germany, solely, to visit QASS. Their main point of interest was the quality assurance in the area of injection moulding for consumer goods. Samsung is the biggest producer of cell phones and TVs in the world and is very interested in high-quality plastic products.
QASS-CEO Ulrich Seuthe and TOSES-CEO Burkhard Walder showed different possibilities for quality assurance “made in Germany” to the Samsung employees. The business TOSES, situated in Wetter (Ruhr) and QASS have a close working relationship in the area of injection moulding. „We look forward to the cooperation“, says QASS-CEO Ulrich Seuthe.
